The composition of the exterior walls of buildings with three floors housing Séguin has been designed to ensure optimal thermal resistance and provide a barrier against moisture to prevent mold growth. 1. Installation of metal studs: when the demolition and cleanup are completed, the first step is to install metal studs at regular intervals.
