Terms rental and reservation

Reservations must involve the acceptance of lease conditions by the parties.

The best reception will be reserved for our guests. We are committed to personally welcoming guests with all the attention desirable to facilitate their stay and the discovery of the region.

1) Visitors

For reasons of safety regulations and the capacity of the accommodation can not be exceeded (3 persons). Consequently, visitors will not be accepted without prior authorization.

2) Animals

For reasons of hygiene, safety and tranquility, our pets are not accepted.

3) Use of premises

For reasons of safety and cleanliness, all the places is a strictly non-smoking area.

The use of the premises must be in "good family man. "The tenant will take care of furniture and equipment at its disposal.

On arrival a deposit of 300 € will be requested . This will be refunded upon departure if no deterioration is found. Otherwise, it will clear up to the amount of restoration work.

If degradation exceeds the amount of the bond, the owners reserve the right to seek compensation for additional cover the total amount of work.

Initially, the apartment must be made in a perfect cleanliness . Failing that a sum of 50 € will be charged on the amount of the bond.

Ability to perform cleaning end of stay by us for the sum of 50 €.

Booking The reservation becomes effective when the client has sent the owners a deposit of 30% of the total net cost of the stay (French check payable to Mr. and Ms. BRUNEL , money order). Following this settlement, a final confirmation will be issued by the owners.

5) Length of stay

The customer has accommodation for a specified period and shall in no circumstances invoke any right to tenure.

6) Payment of balance

The balance is due the day of arrival at the owners (French check or cash).

7) Changes / Cancellation

• Any change date, identification number or call into question the reservation.

• All cancellations must be notified by letter or email sent to owners.

• The deposit remains committed to the owners.

• If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before arrival, the owners reserve the right to claim the balance of the price of lodging.

• Arrival / Departure: Arrivals are between 15.30 and 19 hours (to clarify, however, before your arrival by phone or mail). The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 the day of departure.

• If the client does not manifest 19 hours before the arrival date, this contract becomes null and owners can have their accommodation. The deposit is forfeited to the owners who reserve the right to claim the balance of the rent.

• In case of shortened stay, the price for the amount of the booked accommodation is fully vested owners.
