Having invested by the Robien in housing that is rented through an estate agent, I am having problems with the Agent: I have purchased insurance tenant vacancy, deterioration (securimmo). The agency puts a lot of time to file the claim files. Rents sometimes fail (Pending CAF). I call them regularly, but without much success. Hello ASA . The agreements are in lieu of law, when other laws do not contradict these conventions. For your money problems, you will not do your expenses increase, to get any result.
That you're not responsible for the dispute between your agent and your asureur is quite normal.
You seem to forget that depending on the limited information that the persons concerned may have on the dispute between the insurer and your agent, that this issue is precisely on these issues, namely the validity of the information these records contain missing parts or they should contain.
If you want to get something, make yourself nice to have all the cards in hand and especially the good ones. I do not think that alone and without counsel, you may do to the weight or to Open GAN , because who are you attacking GAN, Omnium or both.

I own an apartment in Val Lognes managed by Reed Omnium and ensures the GAN / SES with the famous insurance unpaid rents.
