1. Installation of the main ducts of the plumbing and ventilation, followed by the installation of metal studs used to delineate the position of partitions.
2. Insulated air ducts and plumbing fitting to the main ducts. We can then install drywall around the ducts. Also included parts of gypsum with sealant fire (red seal on the picture). The ductwork needs to be very airtight to prevent the passage of smoke in case of fire. 
3. Covering walls with gypsum. Between sections of drywall, fill joints with plaster. Then you can paint the walls and install vinyl slats to the floor. 
4. Installation of equipment such as countertops, cabinets, sink, range hood, and light fixtures. One of the concepts behind the renovation of housing was to expose as much as possible the ceiling and the concrete column. This allows among others to limit the materials capable of storing moisture. However, concrete kitchen has many flaws due to the original building, which gave us the idea install a corkboard for camouffler and give a more handy at this room!
